Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

For health and safety reasons, your stand should be set up by 11:00am and not dismantled before the end of the show at 3:30pm. Please note that we are unable to store items on your behalf.

Bookings are accepted by Vintage Chic Wedding Fair on the understanding that exhibitors must have adequate insurance to include Public Liability Insurance. No liability is accepted by Vintage Chic Wedding Fair for any losses.

VCWF allows one company to exhibit per stand unfortunately we are unable to allow two companies to share a stand and split the cost.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel please provide written confirmation via email to the event organiser A refund 50% of your booking fee six weeks prior to the event.

No refund will be made on cancellations within six weeks of the event, as funds from this exhibition will immediately be used for advertising the event.

In the unlikely event Vintage Chic Wedding Fair has to cancel an event all the fees paid will be returned to the exhibitor, however we are unable to refund your fees if we have to cancel the event due to an act of God.

Health & Safety and Fire Risks:

Exhibitors are reminded that the Health & Safety Act 1974 and the regulations made under this Act impose duties and responsibilities upon all employers and that these duties are not reduced, regardless of whether an employee is in their own office or exhibiting at a Fair. Exhibitors must adhere to all fire and safety regulations which affect the Exhibition. Aisles and fire exits must be kept clear at all times
